About the Program

 

LINC for Deaf Immigrants

This long running program in central Ottawa has been funded by IRCC and offers a small learner: instructor ratio, digital literacy and ASL/ESL instruction and support. Learners are referred through a CLARS centre.

ESL Deaf Learners Program

This program allows Deaf adults in the Ottawa area who have immigrated to Canada to learn and improve their ASL/ESL skills. Small class sizes offer learning This program is funded by the province of Ontario. It is open to all categories of immigrants and to naturalized citizens and to those learners who no longer qualify for LINC.
